AS A FRESH, LITERARY LIFESTYLE MAGAZINE, Frames is the definition, reflection, and celebration of modern Nigerian life and culture. Balancing image and intellect, Frames is designed to stoke the diverse passions of intellectually curious and socially aware individuals by telling stories that are full of energy, insight, style, and humor. It aims to maintain a strong literary tradition by featuring thoughtful essays, sharp prose, revealing profiles, and in-depth investigative articles on a wide range of topics written by some of the finest journalists and authors working in the Nigerians today.

Frames is bold and unpredictable, and will consistently explore, discuss, observe, and enjoy the wild and interesting manifestations of modern human behavior. It will speak to the open minds of Teens, sophisticated men and women who deserve the best out of life and the adventure of living it; individuals who seek to be enlightened by being constantly stimulated, challenged, informed, entertained, and aroused. Frames has a readership of 200,000. 70% of Frames readers are between the ages of 12 to 20 for teens and 25 to 40, with the leverage age being 33.59% of Frames total readership is male, while 41% is female.

A section that serves to whet your appetite before feasting on the magazine’s main features, the Gallery is the first section of Frames and is composed of easy reading articles and reviews on film, tv, music, books, restaurants, bars, and other facets of popular culture. It attempts to encapsulate everything that’s making noise or creating a buzz this month. If it’s cool and hot at the same time, you’re likely to read about it in the Gallery.

COLUMNS

This is Frames op-ed section. The essays, opinions, and commentaries in this section are lengthy deliberations on any topic under the sun-- from food and wine, to travel and leisure. They are spirited discussions and debates sparked from the minds of our roster of columnists. The columns are witty and intellectual observations of what is happening around us, and are a medium by which writers can showcase their individual personalities, opinions, and styles.

FEATURES

This is the meat of the magazine--extensive, substantial, and detailed articles covering the most relevant topics. Produced through a combination of methods including in-depth interviews, careful investigation, development of style, and analysis of information, the writer delivers a complete, thorough, and entertaining article that covers every angle of a particular issue, topic, or subject, and pays particular attention towards new and surprising twists in the story. The style guide is our fashion section where we highlight all the latest trends in clothing and accessories, as well as other new ideas in the world of design. From shoes and suits, to watches, electronics and sunglasses, Frames style guide will tell you exactly which label and product will give you more mileage towards a keen fashion sense, and keep you abreast of what’s moving and shaking in the realms of fashion, technology and design. Other design-conscious items you might find in our style guide include high-tech gadgets like laptops, cell phones, and cameras, as well as toys a grown man might desire--like bikes, boats, and cars. THE WIRE &; THE FRAMES ARENA
